Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALINE. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your purchase. After the eligibility window, we are happy to offer an exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or engraved jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement item, please email us at hello@alinejewelry.com.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • Return shipping and insurance on the returned item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping returns via a traceable method and purchasing insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Once the return has been confirmed we will provide return shipping information.

International Orders

  • All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Purchases from Other Retailers

  • If you purchased an ALINE item from a retailer other than our direct website, please contact the original retailer for return or exchange information, as we only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website.

Additional Information

    • Please note that return request frequency is kept on record. ALINE reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange based on excessive return requests from the same account or individual.
